Project III

Located in Sawtell, NSW, this beautifully resolved home by Adapt Design & Build reflects a deep commitment to natural materiality, craftsmanship and enduring design. In collaboration with Walk North Architects and Shipman & Co, the residence balances refinement with warmth — every surface considered not only for how it appears, but how it lives, softens and evolves over time.

Within the main bathroom, our OVALI bath in Signature Natural White sits quietly against rich terracotta tiling, creating a grounded yet sculptural presence within the space. Purpose-made handrails by Waterli Co introduce a functional artistry, thoughtfully integrated into the architectural language of the home.

Elsewhere, twin CIRQ basins in Natural White rest atop beautifully crafted natural timber joinery, framed by soft blue and white feature tiling that brings depth, texture and subtle tonal contrast.

From the breathable finishes and low-toxicity material selections through to the tactile surfaces designed to patina gracefully with use, the home embodies a slower, more intentional approach to luxury — one deeply connected to place, ritual and longevity.
